Hot Entrees (Choice of Two): Stuffed Boneless Chicken Breast in Sauce, Chicken Breast in Wine Sauce, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast,Tuscany Stuffed Chicken Breast, Roasted Pork Loin over Wild Rice, Roast Beef, Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket, Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork, Baked Ham, Fried Chicken, Turkey & Dressing, Center Sliced Roast Beef stuffed with Cornbread Dressing, Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, or Mostaccioli.
Potatoes : Mashed, Baked, Scalloped, Au Gratin, Hash brown Casserole, Creamed Parsley Potatoes, Mashed Potato Casserole, Baby New Potatoes in Danish Dill Butter Sauce.

Economy Buffet Notes: This is a bare bones option for the "Do It Yourselfer", and when the budget is a big concern. The quality of the food remains the same as the Hot Buffet, but the service is provided by the customer. The cost is based on pick up, not delivery, but there is an option for this. All products are picked up in aluminum disposable pans (hot or cold), but if you need hot holding for the food, ask about our chafers. Holding ovens are available for rental to keep the food hot for travel and to help with hot holding for extended service times of the buffet. Paper products are not included, but can be added. Also, drinks are not included, but these can be added too.
