(Twin Oaks Winery, May 17th) You did a wonderful job of implementing all the little details we had asked for and I appreciate your cooperation in working so patiently with my sister, Chris, and me. The appetizer table was beautiful and we loved your extra touch of dipping the strawberries in chocolate. The whole table was a really nice presentation and our guests were really impressed. Hope the photographer got a photo, and if so, will be sue to get a copy for you.
You are a very patient person and a very hard worker. The four serving lines went swiftly - guests were surprised and impressed. The food was delicious and I loved that you even boxed up the left-over food for us.
